A bit about how I work.
I've led teams ranging from 6 to nearly 30 people, shipped open banking products across multiple European countries, helped an e-commerce brand reach €100M in revenue, and worked on the logistics infrastructure behind 25 million parcels at Printful.
One thing that's shaped how I work: I like getting close to the problem. At Giraffe360 I was the first person from product to fly out and sit with actual customers, not to tick a box, but because I genuinely believe you can't build the right thing without understanding how people use it.
If there's one thing I've learned, it's that no goal is too big, you just have to break it down and start.
